FAQ
We make it simple.
Can I incorporate my U.S. company from anywhere without traveling?
Yes. The whole process is remote — you never need to travel to the U.S. We handle the state filing, your EIN and the registered agent, and everything is signed digitally.
How long does incorporation usually take?
The company itself is typically formed within a few business days. The EIN is what takes longest — usually a few weeks — and we keep you updated at every step.
Can I switch my current accountant or tax provider to Lazo?
Yes, and it is a common move. We take over your books and filings from wherever they are today, review what came before for gaps, and handle the transition so nothing is missed.
What is the Smart Data Room?
A single, always-current place for the documents investors ask for — incorporation papers, cap table, financials and tax filings — so a due-diligence request takes minutes instead of weeks.
Do I need to travel to open my U.S. bank account?
No. We introduce you to banking partners that onboard founders remotely, and we prepare the incorporation documents they require.
