Non-Legal Service Agreement
This Agreement is entered into between Lazo Fintech, Inc. identified on the Quote ("we", "our", "us") and each business subscribing a Service Quote, as defined below (the "Company", "you", "your"). The executed quote by both parties, including any appended scope(s) of work (the "Quote"), along with this Non-Legal Service Agreement, constitute the "Agreement" herein. The Effective Date of this Agreement is the date when the first Quote is signed by both parties. In the event that the Quote includes additional terms and conditions, those terms and conditions shall prevail in the event of any conflict with the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
The purpose of this Agreement is to delineate the terms of our engagement and the services we will provide.
THE SERVICES ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, AND LAZO (ALONG WITH OUR SUPPLIERS) EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. THIS INCLUDES ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE (AND OUR SUPPLIERS) MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, WILL BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS, OR WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE, COMPLETE, LEGAL, OR SAFE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT PERMIT THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THEREFORE THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS, LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS MAY NOT BE ALLOWED, THUS THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You understand and consent that Lazo does not operate as a legal or tax firm, and thus, we are not authorized to provide official legal or tax guidance. The information presented on our website and any communication via email, Whatsapp, Zoom, Intercom, or other online platforms should not be construed as formal legal or tax advice.
